Fundraising Intelligence Coordinator

(Part-time – work from home/private office)

On a pro-bono basis, culture Solutions team is looking for a part-time Fundraising intelligence collaborator, who will contribute to implementing the fundraising and business development strategy and work plan, thus increasing funding opportunities for culture Solutions core activities.

 

Main responsibilities

  • Lead on maintaining, updating and developing core fundraising intelligence database following the indications of the BDF Team Coordinator
  • Contribute to the work of the business development and fundraising team, by supporting the strategy and 2021 work plan implementation under the supervision of the BDF Team Coordinator
  • Support the work of the Research and Training and Know How Sharing teams by sourcing and sharing funding opportunities through the BDF Team Coordinator

 

Specific tasks  

  • Develop a monitoring plan for the above mentioned streams and platforms
  • Develop a database of potential partners per area/topic 
  • Timely screen, source information and opportunities (calls for proposals, tenders, projects, events) and share them with the concerned cS team 
  • Follow up on calls for proposals/tenders 
  • Update and maintain fundraising intelligence database
  • Organise, update and maintain the cS stakeholders’ contact database
  • Contribute to the drafting of project proposals together with the members of other teams concerned 
  • Attend periodic meetings with both the Research team and the Know-how, sharing the results and planning the following steps

 

Profile

  • Experience in fundraising
  • High level command of English; knowledge of French or any other EU language is a plus
  • Experience in organizing and managing databases
  • Interest in cultural affairs and European affairs
  • Knowledge of cultural organisations and of the functioning of EU institutions 
  • Strong written communication skills

Social Media Community Manager

(Estimate: minimum 2,5 days a week – work from home/private office)

The Social Media Community Manager will be in charge of developing and managing culture Solutions’s social media accounts and community as per cS Communications strategy. 

 

Main responsibilities & tasks

  • Design social media campaigns (including prioritisation of certain social media accounts)
  • Social media accounts monitoring (analytics) & development
  • Contribute to the design and preparation of social media campaigns
  • Social media accounts management and campaigns planning and delivery

 

Specific tasks

Contributing directly to the implementation of cS communications roadmap and campaigns

  • Develop social media accounts (FB, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) with “SMART” growth target indicators
  • Plan, schedule, coordinate and deliver social media campaigns
  • Contribute to the editing of social media posts, news, shares etc.
  • Apply graphic guidelines in social media management
  • Design and use infographics and multimedia contents for cS promotion and dissemination posts
  • Interact with cS social media community and cS Who’s Who figures 

 

Coordination & working relationships  

  • Under the supervision of board members, take part in dedicated internal communications meetings 
  • Liaise with Communications teams & other cS collaborators to receive support and advice on social media management
  • Liaise with cS infographist to ensure graphic guidelines are applied
  • Liaise regularly and cooperate with the research team, training and know-how sharing coordinator
  • Help identify and contact cS collaborators who can/want to contribute to the social media campaigns
  • Coordinate the contributions of cS collaborators (communications, research and training teams) who can/want to contribute to social media campaigns

 

Project development & fundraising

  • Provide inputs on social media management to support fundraising efforts in liaison with other collaborators working in various work strands (Who’s Who, Research, training & know-how sharing)

 

Profile

  • Proven experience in social media campaign, design and running
  • Interest in cultural affairs and European affairs
  • Strong written communications skills
  • Passion for social media interaction

Marketing and Fundraising Collaborator

(Part-time – work from home/private office)

On a pro-bono basis, culture Solutions team is looking for a part-time Marketing and Fundraising collaborator, who will support the implementation of the fundraising and business development strategy and work plan by contributing to designing and delivering fundraising products, thus increasing culture Solutions funding and partnerships opportunities.

 

Main responsibilities & tasks

  • Act as a bridge between cS Communication team and Business Development & Fundraising team 
  • Support external communication and outreach activities
  • Contribute to designing fundraising and marketing material following the indications of the Business Development & FundraisingTeam Coordinator
  • Transform internal and external information into valuable insights to pitch cS

 

Business Development tasks

  • Contribute to developing and updating marketing and communication plan for fundraising
  • Design and curate marketing material for fundraising purposes
  • Contribute to refreshing, adjusting and challenging cS external narrative
  • Prepare targeted outreach messages according to the audience/partner
  • Develop background research on potential financial partners

 

Marketing tasks  

  • Contribute to the design, development and delivery of cS presentation booklet and newsletter 
  • Bring ideas to improve the visibility of cS with the objective of attracting new donors and partners 
  • Identify key figures and data that would participate in the promotion of cS and transform it into understandable and visual information
  • Monitor cS reputation and keep track of its evolution/success

 

Profile

  • Experience in marketing and communication for business development 
  • Strong written communication skills 
  • Interest in and knowledge cultural affairs and European affairs
  • High level command of English; knowledge of French or any other language is a plus.
  • Desired experience with graphic design tools (eg. Canva)
