Business development Coordinator

(Estimate: minimum 2,5 days a week – work from home/private office)

The Business development coordinator will be in charge of delivering on cS Fundraising strategy . 

 

Main responsibilities:

  • contribute to the updated and delivery of the fundraising strategy & campaigns
  • identify potential donors & partners and funding opportunities
  • prepare fundraising proposals in coordination with other cS collaborators & experts

 

Specific tasks  

  • Contribute directly and contribute to background research on contacts and institutions / organisations that could feature in cS fundraising database
  • Provide inputs on fundraising in funding proposals in liaison with other collaborators working in various work strands (Who’s Who, Research, training & know-how sharing)
  • Maintain cS fundraising database

 

Coordination 

  •  lead on the delivery of fundraising proposals and/or responses to calls for tenders/proposals
  •  coordinate inputs from other team members

 

Working relationships

  • Board Members
  • Research team members
  • Collaborators volunteering on fundraising
  • Communications team
  • External partners and donors

 

Profile

  • Proven experience (or interest) in the field 
  • Business management/marketing/fundraising background/education, MA level
  • Experience in fundraising intelligence/research
  • Excellent communication skills

Communications Coordinator

(Estimate: minimum 2,5 days a week – work from home/private office)

The Communication’s coordinator will be in charge of delivering on cS Communications strategy in an effective and timely manner. 

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the update of the communications strategy, roadmaps and campaigns 
  • coordinate the various cS capacities to help them contribute to and deliver on social media campaigns and website development (mapping and targeting key audiences etc.)
  • help to prepare for the next development phases of cS communications. 

 

Main tasks:  

Contributing directly to the design of cS communications roadmap and campaigns

  • Search for contact details to feed in the Who’s Who (and if needed the contacts database)
  • Contact and follow-up with (some not all) Who’s Who individual profiles
  • Contribute to draft Who’s Who individual profiles
  • Coordinate with the Web Editor to create, update and upload individual profiles on the website

 

Coordination  

  • Under the supervision of board members, schedule for dedicated internal communications meetings 
  • Liaise regularly and cooperate with the training and know-how sharing coordinator
  • Help identify and contact cS collaborators who can/want to contribute to communications and social media
  • Coordinate the contributions of cS collaborators who can/want to contribute to social media and website

 

Project development & fundraising

  • Contribute directly and contribute to background research on contacts and institutions / organisations that could feature in cS target audiences database
  • Provide inputs on communications in funding proposals in liaison with other collaborators working in various work strands (Who’s Who, Research, training & know-how sharing)

 

Internal communication

  • Advise on internal communication and ensure that internal communication is fluid and optimal

 

Profile

  • 2 years of experience in the field (or equivalent)
  • Communications background/education, MA level
  • Experience in social media community management (desirable)
  • Experience in web design (essential)
  • Experience in multi media / podcast management (desirable)

Web Editor

(Estimate: minimum 2,5 days a week – work from home/private office)

The Web Editor coordinator will be in charge of maintaining, editing and developing culture Solutions’s website as per cS Communications strategy. 

 

Main responsibilities & tasks:

  • Website monitoring
  • Contribute to website development
  • Feed website and design webpages (including the Who’s Who)
  • Website monitoring and audience growth management

 

Specific tasks:  

Contributing directly to the implementation of cS communications roadmap and campaigns

  • Contribution to the editing of webpages, posts, news etc.
  • Apply graphic guidelines in Web editing
  • Contribute to the edition of cS Who’s Who 
  • Creation and development of a wiki tool on EU international cultural relations

 

Coordination  

  • Under the supervision of board members, take part in dedicated internal communications meetings 
  • Liaise with Web designer to receive support and advice and ensure website security and maintenance
  • Liaise with cS infographist to ensure graphic guidelines are applied
  • Liaise regularly and cooperate with the research team, training and know-how sharing coordinator
  • Help identify and contact cS collaborators who can/want to contribute to the website publications
  • Coordinate the contributions of cS collaborators (communications, research and training teams) who can/want to contribute to the website

 

Project development & fundraising

  • Provide inputs on website management in funding proposals in liaison with other collaborators working in various work strands (Who’s Who, Research, training & know-how sharing)

 

Profile

  • Proven experience in website edition (WordPress) & multimedia content management on website
  • Interest in cultural affairs and European affairs
  • Strong written communications skills
  • Passion for website management

Social Media Community Manager

(Estimate: minimum 2,5 days a week – work from home/private office)

The Social Media Community Manager will be in charge of developing and managing culture Solutions’s social media accounts and community as per cS Communications strategy. 

 

Main responsibilities & tasks:

  • Design social media campaigns (including prioritisation of certain social media accounts)
  • Social media accounts monitoring (analytics) & development
  • Contribute to the design and preparation of social media campaigns
  • Social media accounts management and campaigns planning and delivery

 

Specific tasks:  

Contributing directly to the implementation of cS communications roadmap and campaigns

  • Develop social media accounts (FB, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) with “SMART” growth target indicators
  • Plan, schedule, coordinate and deliver social media campaigns
  • Contribute to the editing of social media posts, news, shares etc.
  • Apply graphic guidelines in social media management
  • Design and use infographics and multimedia contents for cS promotion and dissemination posts
  • Interact with cS social media community and cS Who’s Who figures 

 

Coordination & working relationships
